Common issues

Reminders aren't showing up

Check your notification settings in iOS Settings → Notifications → Reminder, or Android Settings → Apps → Reminder. Notifications need to be allowed for the app to function.

I didn't get a verification email

Check spam and promotional inbox folders. Wait two minutes and tap 'Resend' in the app. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.

I want to delete my account

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

I have a feature request

We keep Reminder focused on one job. Send the idea anyway — if it matches the core use case, it might ship. If it doesn't, it might become a new app in the SimpleApps catalog.
