- Do I need a gym or any equipment?
- No, by design. The default is bodyweight. Programs that use dumbbells, bands, or a bench show that up front so you can pick what fits your living room.
- I'm starting from zero — is this for me?
- Literally yes. "I'm starting from zero" is one of the goal options on Day 1, and the Beginner path is built around it. No assumed knowledge, no implied gear, no shame.
- What is the AI Form Companion and is it watching me?
- It's a feature that counts your reps and quietly flags obvious form issues using pose-detection running entirely on your phone. No video leaves your device. Ever. You can also leave it off — workouts run fine without it. The companion ships in v1.5; the bodyweight programs and library are live from day one.
- What if I have an injury?
- Day-1 onboarding asks about knees, lower back, shoulders, neck, and pregnancy. Programs adapt automatically. If you're between flare-ups, you can switch to a gentler path anytime without losing your streak.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. Workouts, the exercise library, and the form companion all run offline. Streak sync needs a connection once a day; it'll catch up when you're back.
- What if I miss a week?
- Your streak auto-freezes on rest days. You also have 2 freezes per month for any day. If you miss more than that, we'll quietly offer a 50% restart — no shame, no penalty.
