Common questions
- I missed some days — did I lose everything?
- No. There's no streak to break. Your mosaic waits exactly where you left it, your chosen voice forgives you, and you pick up again whenever you're ready. Missing days is built into how the app works — it never punishes you for being human.
- Where is my childhood photo stored?
- On your device. It is never uploaded to our servers, never scanned, and never used to train anything. The veil-and-reveal effect is rendered entirely on your phone. If you turn on an account for sync, photos move directly between your own devices, encrypted. You can replace or delete the photo any time in Settings → Photos.
- I want a different voice, or a softer framing
- Open Settings → Voice to switch between younger-you, future-parent, and best-friend any time — no quiz to redo. If the inner-child framing ever feels like too much, Settings → Safe Mode lets you soften or pause it while keeping your habits.
- I don't have a childhood photo
- That's fine — pick a gentle silhouette during setup (a chair, a window, a paper boat, a small star). It veils and reveals exactly the same way. The point is the daily promise, not the picture.
- I want to delete my account or data
- Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you only have local data (no sync account), deleting the app is enough — nothing leaves your device.
- I have a feature request
- Send the idea — if it matches the core mission (gentle, inner-child-first, no shame), it might ship. If it doesn't, it might become a new app in the SimpleApps catalog.
