1. What we collect

Simple Photographer 101 works offline by default. Lessons, simulator progress, and quiz scores live on your device. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: camera brand and skill-level answers (used to personalize lessons; stored locally), anonymous usage events, basic device metadata, and anonymous crash reports if enabled.

2. Waitlist & marketing emails

If you sign up for the waitlist on this page, we store your email address and use it ONLY to notify you when the app launches. If you also tick the marketing-opt-in checkbox, your email is added to the SimpleApps mailing list for occasional updates about other SimpleApps products. The two consents are independent — the first is required to be on the waitlist, the second is always optional. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can request full deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

3. What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers. We do not access your camera roll, photo library, or files. We do not use third-party analytics that track individual users. We do not scan your data for advertising or AI training.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be deleted, or permanently close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Children

Simple Photographer 101 is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
