These Terms of Service govern your use of the Simple Gym mobile app and related services provided by SimpleApps. By downloading or using Simple Gym, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You may use Simple Gym for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to use it to violate any law, infringe on any person's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service for other users.

2. Health & safety disclaimer

Simple Gym is a fitness app, not a medical device. The workouts, programs, and form-companion suggestions are general guidance for healthy adults — not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise routine, particularly if you have an injury, are pregnant or recently postpartum, have a heart condition, or are recovering from surgery. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any abnormal symptom during a workout.

3. Accounts

An account is optional. If you choose to create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Content

Workout history, custom programs, and notes you create are yours. SimpleApps does not claim any ownership of your content. We process it only to deliver the service.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes will be announced in the app and on simpleapps.ai.

6. Disclaimers

Simple Gym is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The AI Form Companion approximates form-detection using on-device models; it is not a substitute for a qualified coach and may not catch every form issue.

7. Termination

You can stop using Simple Gym at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
